This e-commerce web-portal is designed to facilitate end users from across the world to get quotations and place and track their PCB orders.It has two main parts:
(1) Customer section
(2) Admin section
Once a customer registers with this web-portal, they get secured
access to private area where they can get quote for PCB, place an
order for PCB, track its status, and communicate on-line to resolve
any issues. The customer can also view all the pending invoices
and previous history of invoices. Customer can also manage
exceptions, raise questions and manage his own profile. The Admin section has variety of features to manage the entire site and orders placed by the customer. Admin can also manage and set new features / services dynamically. The site supports multi-languages and multi-currencies. It keeps track of all customers, their orders, history, the currency exchange rates,etc. and tracks orders, process orders, and generates invoices & reports in a paperless way Admin can also manage masters, price matrix, and documents. |
